Of the 80,000 edible species available for food production, only 150 are currently grown, 8 of which are sold on a global scale.

 

 

Pillar III main goal is to stop this agricultural depletion research by find new innovative solution to protect  and  preserve  local species and varieties. In this way we contribute to richer and healthier   meals,  but  also  we help to safeguard biological and cultural diversity.
